By using Beyond The Puck you agree to the terms below. Please read them. We've tried to keep them readable.
The agreement
These terms are between you and Beyond The Puck Media Inc. ("we", "us"). They apply to your use of beyondthepuck.com, our newsletters, our podcasts and any membership products we offer.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are creating an account on behalf of your child, the account belongs to you.
Membership and billing
Paid memberships renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; access continues through the end of your billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
Editorial independence
Our journalism is independent. Sponsors, partners and advertisers have no influence over editorial content. We disclose any product samples, comped tournament credentials or material relationships in the relevant story.
Acceptable use
Don't post content that's illegal, harassing, defamatory or that infringes someone else's rights. Don't scrape the site, attempt to access accounts that aren't yours, or republish substantial portions of our content without permission. We may suspend accounts that don't follow these rules.
Our content
Articles, videos, podcasts, photos and design on Beyond The Puck are protected by copyright. You're welcome to share links and short quotations with attribution. For longer republishing rights, contact hello@beyondthepuck.com.
Disclaimers
Our content is for general information. We are not your doctor, coach, recruiter or financial advisor. Decisions about your child's sports career are yours to make.
Changes
If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and notify members by email.
